Virtual Assistant (Content & Engagement)

I’m looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive Virtual Assistant to support me with content creation and community engagement across Instagram and LinkedIn.

This role is perfect for someone who:
? Has experience creating high-quality Instagram carousel posts & reels using Canva.
? Enjoys starting conversations and engaging in DM outreach on LinkedIn & Instagram.
? Understands how to create content that aligns with a personal brand - the text will be provided, but you need to be able to create the visuals, matching my brand
? Loves working in a fast-moving, high-impact online business and wants to grow alongside it.

What You’ll Be Doing:

???? Content Creation (Instagram)

- Creating carousel posts using Canva (templates provided—just edit, refine, and publish!).
- Creating reels for Instagram based on content I provide.

???? DM Engagement & Lead Generation

- Starting conversations in DMs (Instagram & LinkedIn) to build relationships with potential clients (SOP and templates will be provided)
- Sending connection requests/messages on LinkedIn (following provided guidelines).

What I’m Looking For:
? Strong Canva skills—you know how to create aesthetic, engaging visuals within brand templates.
? Great written communication in english —you can start & carry conversations that feel natural, not salesy.
? Attention to detail—typos, inconsistencies, or off-brand designs don’t slip past you.
? Proactive & adaptable—you take initiative and aren’t afraid to ask questions or offer ideas.
? Reliable & consistent—this role is small to start, but I’m looking for someone long-term.
