Appointment Setter for AI Solution - US Market

We're seeking experienced appointment setters based in the Philippines to contact US contractors and schedule product demonstrations for our AI receptionist solution.

What you'll do:

- Make 20-30 hours of cold calls weekly to US-based contractors during their business hours
- Follow and help refine calling scripts for our AI receptionist solution
- Qualify leads and handle objections during initial calls
- Conduct systematic follow-ups with potential leads to maximize conversion
- Book qualified demonstrations directly into our Calendar/Zoom scheduling system
- Track all activities in our CRM system
- Provide daily/weekly reporting on call metrics and appointments set

Requirements:

- Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting
- Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent
- Available during US business hours (early morning/evening in Philippines)
- Quiet, professional calling environment with reliable internet
- Experience with CRM software, calendar systems, and Zoom
- Ability to maintain organized follow-up schedules with prospects
- Understanding of US business culture preferred

Successful candidates will be measured on quality appointments booked, not just call volume. Initial contract will be for 4 weeks with opportunity for long-term work based on performance.
