Expert Video Editor for DTC Brands

My name is John and I'm starting an Agency and I'm looking for a Committed Video Editor that is willing to be part of my Agency's growth.

If I were to message you back, it would indicate that you've been shortlisted and you're going to do a trial edit and if you get hired you will be onboarded Immediately and after you get onboarded to the team You'll have to go under a 6 month trial run for 20,000 Pesos per month and after the trial run and you've done very well it shall be raise to 25, 000 pesos. It all depends on You!

What I would like to see is how good your storytelling is and how you are able to use overlays/animations in videos properly.

What I Need:
A skilled editor with at least 1 year of experience.
An interest in editing UGC, ADS, and VSL
The ability to deliver before deadline.
Receptiveness to feedback and a strong eagerness to learn.

What we are looking for:
- Able to Produce 3-5 videos per day (1-2 minutes or below)
- Scroll stoppers you use and effects to grab the viewer's attention
- The choice of B-rolls flows smoothly and tells a clear story
- The pacing and how easy it is to comprehend the ad
- How you use animations, effects, and sound effects to emphasize the story and really engage the viewer
- The subtitles in order for the viewer to easily understand them
- know how to use ClickUp, Frameio and Slack.
- Proficient in any editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci, CapCut PC, and similar.
