Virtual Assistant - Social Media & Community Management for a Fun Sports Brand

Part-Time (20 hours/week) | $400–$500/month to start | Flexible Hours | Remote

Who We Are:
We are Pick n Beans, a humor-driven sports satire brand that makes fun of try-hards, rules, and sports culture. Our goal is to create engaging, funny, and highly shareable content that resonates with casual players who love sports but don’t take them too seriously.
We’re launching The Kitchen is Lava, a community built around pickleball humor, ---------- s, and friendly chaos. Now, we need a highly engaged Virtual Assistant to help us grow and interact with this audience.
If you love sports, social media, and making people laugh, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
Engage in Facebook groups—commenting daily, sparking conversations, and making people laugh.
Post ---------- s, jokes, and discussions in our community.
Find high-engagement Facebook groups where we can naturally participate.
Test and track content performance—help us find what gets the most reactions.
Manage a rotating group of content creators (hiring, testing, and tracking their output).
Suggest new content ideas based on trends and engagement data.

Who You Are:
Fluent in English—funny, witty, and great at engaging in comments.
Social media savvy—knows how to start conversations and create engagement.
A natural problem solver—can think on your feet and adjust strategies.
Able to work independently—we don’t micromanage, we expect you to own your role.
Bonus if you play pickleball or have experience in other sports communities.
