Position: GoHighLevel Technical Lead / Account Success Manager

Location: On-site role based in Davao City, Philippines

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented GoHighLevel Technical Lead to join our growing team in Davao City, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in the GoHighLevel platform, CRM management, marketing automation, and funnel building. Experience in HubSpot or migration from HubSpot is highly advantageous. This role will involve onboarding clients, managing integrations, delivering high-quality client support, and ensuring technical excellence across client projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Management:
• Platform Management: Maintain detailed records of client accounts, including payment status and platform usage.
• Regular Client Check-ins: Proactively engage clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for platform improvement.
• Account Optimization: Identify areas for optimization within client accounts and proactively recommend effective solutions.

Technical:
• Client Onboarding: Facilitate smooth client onboarding by configuring new GoHighLevel accounts to client specifications.
• A2P and Bundle Registration: Manage Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging registrations and compliance-related bundle setups.
• Lead Connector Setup: Configure and maintain lead connectors for email and phone systems to streamline client interactions.
• Domain Management: Set up and manage domain settings to ensure proper campaign delivery and branding consistency.
• Client Technical Support: Conduct troubleshooting and support calls, resolving technical issues promptly and professionally.
• Integration Expertise: Manage and troubleshoot integrations between GoHighLevel and external tools (Zapier, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
• Automation Management: Expertly set up and optimize CRM pipelines, automations, workflows, and campaigns within GoHighLevel.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Funnel Building: Develop and implement highly effective sales funnels, landing pages, and opt-in forms.
• Marketing Automation: Design, deploy, and manage automated email, SMS, and marketing campaigns.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Documentation and Training: Create user guides, documentation, and training sessions to enhance client and team knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a GoHighLevel Specialist, Technical Lead, or similar technical role.
• Expertise in CRM management, marketing automation, and funnel building.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM or migrations from HubSpot (highly desirable).
• Proficiency in integrations (Zapier, payment gateways like Stripe and PayPal).
• Strong knowledge of A2P messaging and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage LC email and phone systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset, consistently suggesting improvements and identifying business opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
