Seeking a Skilled Social Media Manager to Organize & Manage My Accounts!

I am looking for an experienced and detail-oriented social media manager to help me organize, strategize, and manage my social media presence across two brands for one month.

About My Brands:

1?? Transformation to the Core – My hypnotherapy and coaching practice, focusing on mindset transformation, anxiety relief, personal growth, and performance optimization.
2?? The Happy Core Program – A fun and science-backed program that helps children (ages 5–12) develop emotional intelligence, self-regulation, and resilience through engaging activities.

What I Need:

? Organize & Optimize My Existing Social Media Accounts

Review my accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) for both brands.

Set up a structured system for reposting content across platforms.

Establish guidelines and rules for repurposing and sharing content.

Clean up and align branding where necessary.


? Create a Content Schedule

Develop a 1-month content plan for both brands.

Balance a mix of reels, carousels, static posts, and stories to maximize engagement.

Ensure posts align with my business goals (brand awareness, education, and conversions).

Plan content in a way that requires minimal additional effort from me—I already have raw material (videos, images, captions).


? Social Media Management (1 Month)

Schedule & post content consistently.

Engage with my audience (reply to comments, DMs, and interact with relevant accounts).

Optimize hashtags, captions, and post formats for reach and engagement.

Monitor analytics and provide insights on performance.
