Company Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing freight brokerage company seeking an experienced Sales Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role requires a motivated individual with strong sales skills, particularly in the logistics and freight industry. Initially, this position will require 25 hours per week, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.

Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the logistics or freight industry. This role will focus heavily on cold calling, lead generation, and building relationships with potential clients to expand our customer base. must have strong English.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily cold calls to prospective clients to generate leads and build strong business relationships.
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach strategies.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools such as HubSpot, ---------- , or similar platforms.
Follow up with leads, nurturing relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
Develop and deliver effective sales pitches that communicate our services and value proposition.
Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and internal sales representatives.
Provide timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Track and report sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and follow-up actions.
Assist in developing and refining sales strategies to improve conversion rates.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably within the freight or logistics industry.
Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation.
Strong knowledge of sales strategies, objection handling, and relationship-building techniques.
Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, ---------- , or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Ability to meet and exceed performance targets, including call quotas and lead generation goals.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and quickly learn about the freight industry’s services and client needs.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with email outreach campaigns and LinkedIn prospecting.
Familiarity with Zoom Workplace, ActiveCampaign, or similar communication platforms.
Understanding of industry-specific terminology and freight brokerage practices.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
Work Environment:
This is a remote position requiring reliable internet connectivity and the ability to manage time effectively to meet sales goals.
