Job Overview:

Adsplash is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specializing in Static Ad Creatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing high-quality image ads that align with our clients' branding and marketing objectives. Your work will play a crucial role in visually communicating our clients' messages and enhancing their brand presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Design: Develop and design visually compelling static creatives (image ads) that resonate with the target audience and meet the client's branding guidelines.

- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain consistency with clients' branding and marketing strategies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and account management teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet project goals.

- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.

- Quality Assurance: Review and refine designs to maintain high standards of quality and creativity, ensuring all deliverables meet the expected standards before submission.

- Communication: Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather feedback, make necessary adjustments, and ensure client satisfaction.

- File Management: Organize and maintain design files, ensuring all assets are properly labeled, versioned, and stored for easy access.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and impact of your work.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a creative agency or a similar environment. Experience in creating static creatives or image ads is highly desirable.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Creative Vision: Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.

- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently under deadlines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and clients.

- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all designs meet quality standards and client expectations.

- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your previous work in graphic design, especially static creatives or image ads, is required.
