AI Video Editor & Automation Specialist

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative AI Video Editor & Automation Specialist to streamline and automate content creation for our YouTube channel and social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). You will be responsible for using AI-powered tools to produce engaging, high-quality videos efficiently while optimizing workflows to increase content output.
This role requires technical expertise in AI-based editing, motion graphics, and automation tools to transform raw footage, AI-generated assets, and stock media into dynamic, viral-ready content. You’ll also work on automating repetitive tasks to maximize efficiency while maintaining high production value.

Key Responsibilities:
1. AI Video Editing & Content Creation
• Edit and assemble short-form and long-form videos using AI-powered editing tools (e.g., Runway ML, Descript, Pika Labs, Kaiber, CapCut, etc.).
• Enhance content with motion graphics, animated text overlays, transitions, and effects using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or AI animation tools.
• Optimize videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Twitter (X).
• Use AI voiceovers and lip-syncing tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, PlayHT, Murf AI) to generate voiceovers when needed.
2. Automation & AI-Driven Workflow Optimization
• Set up automated video generation pipelines using AI tools (e.g., Synthesia, D-ID, Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs).
• Implement AI scripting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to assist in generating video scripts and captions.
• Use macro scripts, Zapier, or Python automation to streamline repetitive editing and publishing tasks.
• Optimize AI-assisted thumbnail generation using tools like MidJourney, Leonardo.AI, and Canva AI.
3. Social Media Optimization & Distribution
• Format and repurpose video content for multi-platform distribution (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook).
• Utilize AI-based captioning and subtitle tools (Kapwing, VEED, Wisecut) to increase engagement.
• Implement AI-driven analytics tools (TubeBuddy, VidIQ, ChatGPT) to optimize video performance.
• Automate scheduling and posting across multiple platforms using Buffer, Hootsuite, or Publer.
4. Research & Innovation in AI Video Production
• Stay up-to-date with AI advancements in video editing and content automation.
• Experiment with emerging AI-powered tools to continuously improve content quality.
• Test and implement AI-enhanced storytelling techniques for more engaging content.

Skills & Qualifications:
Required Skills:
--Video Editing: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Runway ML, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent AI video editing tools.
--AI Automation: Hands-on experience with AI-based video tools like Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs, Kaiber, Synthesia, Descript, Wisecut, or D-ID.
--Motion Graphics & Visual Effects: Ability to enhance videos with motion graphics, overlays, and AI-generated effects.
--AI Voice & Script Generation: Familiarity with AI voice tools (ElevenLabs, PlayHT, Murf AI) and AI scriptwriting tools (ChatGPT, Jasper).
--Automation & Workflows: Experience with Zapier, Python automation, or AI-powered content repurposing tools to streamline production.
--Social Media Content Optimization: Understanding of platform-specific video formats, aspect ratios, and engagement tactics for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
--Thumbnail & Visual Design: Experience with AI-powered image generation tools like MidJourney, Leonardo.AI, Canva AI for thumbnail creation.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:
--Experience with AI-driven storytelling & virtual influencers (using AI avatars like Synthesia or D-ID).
--Experience in data-driven content strategy using AI-powered insights (TubeBuddy, VidIQ).
--Knowledge of no-code automation tools (Replit, Make, Bolt, Cursor AI).
