Part Time Cold Calling & Appointment Setter - Remote Sales Representative

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position focused on cold calling pre-qualified leads to set appointments and occasionally close sales. You won’t need to source your own leads—we provide them, so you can focus entirely on making calls and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads from our provided database.
- Handle inbound calls from prospects expressing interest in our services.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations to qualify their interest and book appointments.
- Close sales during appointments when required.
- Maintain detailed call records and update our CRM system accordingly.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with the team to refine scripts and sales strategies.

Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of cold calling or sales experience (required).
- Fluent English skills (both spoken and written).
- Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections professionally.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on hitting targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (GoHighLevel) is a plus but not required.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment for making calls.

Schedule:
- Work days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- 8-hour shifts per day (during USA business hours, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST)
- Part-time role: 24 hours per week

Compensation:
- Base Pay: $480–$600/month (depending on experience)
- Uncapped Commission: Earn a percentage for each closed sale
