Virtual Personal Assistant

Virtual Personal / Business Assistant dealing with inbound enquires, formulating cost of goods, creating quotes and managing business via Whatsapp/ Discord.

We run a concierge that deals with a bunch of requests for flights from all around the world, we require quotes and costs to be formulated with a prompt response. Ideally giving a client a bunch of quotes and options within as little as 30minutes.

We are happy to train via calls, and currently I am located in Bali, Indonesia so the same Time-Zone as Philippines.

We need Monday - Sunday coverage, ideally based on Dubai (UAE) timezone (GMT+4:00). We are happy to potentially hire 2 Assistants to cover the full week, and work on a lower wage, less hours and part-time, or take on 1 worker who works Monday-Sunday - we will see the inbound job requests and decide how to structure.

If you are to work Monday-Sunday, the example hours would be 10AM (GMT+4:00) until 9PM (GMT+4:00), with a 2 hour break, this job is NOT intense and does not require you to be constantly at the desk working, which gives you great life flexibility.

This job is not intense, and doesn't require you to be working all the time at a desk - this job can be done from a phone if needs must, but Laptop/ Desktop is a requirement - as most work is preferred to be done via Computer.

We are NOT looking for someone who is working for anyone else, or any other companies. We want your 100% focus on us within the specified time.
