We are a PM in Portland Oregon that manages 600+ doors in Oregon and Washington.
We are looking for someone with experience in property management to join our team as an assistant. In this position, you will be involved in many aspects of day-to-day operations. In this role, you will:
- Answer phones; direct callers to the appropriate point of contact, and answer questions as you develop knowledge.
- Take down maintenance requests in our management system (Rentvine) and forward to the maintenance coordinator.
- Issue various notices, including rent increases, violations, etc.
- Ensure vendor, tenant, and owner insurance is up to date
- Answer questions from prospective tenants; helping them schedule tours
- Special projects that might require the use of spreadsheets, Adobe Sign, etc.
This job requires:
Prior experience in property management is a must.
Your written and spoken English must be exceptional. Excellent listening compression is essential.
Strong technical skills. You must have experience with the following technology (or similar tools): Google Sheets, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Sign or Docusign, Rentvine or Appfolio, Google Mail
- You must be resourceful and a self-starter
This is a full-time position. You will get two weeks of paid time off and national holidays specific to the Philippines
This is NOT a job where your keyboard and mouse activity will be tracked. We don't use a camera to ensure you are working.
