Virtual Assistant – Business Funding Lead Generation (Contractors)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Virtual Assistant to generate and qualify business owner leads for funding. Your role will be to call contractor business owners, pre-qualify them for funding by following our short script, and send their details immediately after the call.

Key Responsibilities:
Research & collect contractor leads from google directories, Home advisor, Angi, facebook, Linkedin, etc.
Organize leads in Google Sheets or a CRM before submitting
Call contractors and assess funding eligibility
Confirm the best time and number for a funding advisor to follow up
Send qualified leads immediately after each call for fast processing
Work toward delivering 15-20 qualified leads per week
Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations
Provide a weekly report every Friday on lead generation progress
(Future) Train and lead additional VAs as the team grows

Requirements:

Fluent in English (at least 4-5 star rating) – Clear, professional communication
Strong phone sales and lead qualification experience (B2B preferred)
Previous experience in business funding, lead gen, or telemarketing is a plus
Reliable internet & noise-free environment for professional calls
Highly organized, results-driven, and can follow a proven script.
Must be comfortable and confident speaking with business owners and not afraid of cold calling. You're not selling or asking them for money. You're presenting them an opportunity to have what they need and want which is more funding in order to grow their business..


Compensation & Schedule:
$5-$8/hour (Based on experience) – Paid weekly
Part-time: 15- 20 hours/week to start (can increase based on performance)
Work hours: Flexible, but must match U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time)
