Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Virtual Video Editor to edit and enhance video content remotely. You will be responsible for cutting and assembling raw footage, adding effects, animations, and sound design, and ensuring videos align with our brand and audience engagement goals. Your work will be used for social media, marketing, and other content platforms.

Responsibilities:
Edit raw footage into polished videos, ensuring smooth transitions and engaging storytelling.
Add text, motion graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance content.
Sync audio, adjust sound levels, and remove background noise.
Perform color correction and grading to improve video quality.
Format and optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Organize and manage video files for future use.
Work with content creators and marketing teams to align videos with brand goals.
Stay updated on video editing trends and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, and InVideo.io
Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and engagement techniques.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Work Schedule & Pay:
Part-time, flexible hours (must be available for weekly meetings and time tracking).
$9-$10 per hour.
Communication via Email, Notion, Slack and weekly Google Meet check-ins.
