JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative with experience using Freshdesk to join our team! This is a remote position focused on filling out sheets and responding to customer tickets.

What we require:
Proven experience with Freshdesk.
At least 2+ years of customer support experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and professional responses to customers.
Organized and proactive in managing customer requests and tracking tickets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Responding to incoming customer tickets via Freshdesk.
Updating and filling out sheets accurately to track customer issues.
Ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of all open tickets.
Providing top-tier customer service while maintaining professionalism.
Important:
Only candidates with previous experience using Freshdesk and 2+ years of customer support background will be considered for this position.
