Amazon Executive Assistant

Main duties: Daily Amazon FBA tasks, customer emails, social media, simple research, (minimal) data entry

Intro:
We are looking for a rockstar assistant to help us with several different jobs. We will need light bookkeeping (mostly just downloading reports to give to our accountant), answer customer emails, engage users/ ---------- on Instagram and Facebook, and a few other routines. We can train you on all of these tasks.

We were looking to hire someone starting at $3 USD per hour for 15 hours per week for an initial period. Pay increases will come quickly based on performance as well as extra hours work (potentially up to full time employment).

About Us:
We are an e-commerce company that has been selling on Amazon and shopify for over 7 years. We sell physical products: Pet products. We currently have 3 employees and are growing fast. We are all completely remote and operate independently. We just make sure to check into our Asana and Jandi channels everyday. Getting good work done on time is more important than logging hours.

You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You can research topics online. You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have semi flexible hours, so we can schedule weekly calls in different time zones. You have AMAZING American English. You don’t mind working just a little bit on some weekends. You are a team player.
