Looking for a VA that can handle, web site building, simple codeing, MS office

I'm looking for a no-excuse type of person. We are starting a new Saas business and need someone that wants to grow with the business. We have alot of work to do. But most of the things I need is someone that can put together website, will be able to handle the back end. And someone that can do a little of everything. Make calls to the US, good with MS office, etc.
