Do you have over one year of experience as a personal/executive/administrative assistant? Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable? Do you think practically and analytically? Do you enjoy pushing projects/tasks through to successful completion?
Then this could be your perfect fit. I’m a full-time professional and real estate/business investor searching for a high-performing and experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant to help streamline my work and free up my time.
What You’ll Do:
- Have a strong background with Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Manage and organize personal and business
- Handle calendar scheduling and time management
- Track tasks and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Make phone calls to third parties on my behalf (scheduling, follow-ups, gathering information, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and proficient in the English language (verbal and written)
- Conduct in-depth online research and present findings in clear reports
- Support project management (organizing, following up, and ensuring things get done)
- Facilitate travel planning and booking
- Manage personal messages, social media, and phone calls
- Be tech savvy with project management software, OS/iOS operating systems, as well as integrating
- Hold me accountable to plans!
Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus!):
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with real estate or business underwriting and financial modeling
- Ability to find real estate rent and sales comparables
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and Buildium Property Management software
- Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, or your recommended tool)
- Understanding of the Getting Things Done (GTD) methodology
- Ability to analyze workflows and suggest improvements as you learn more about my operations

Plan would be to start part-time to ensure a good fit then go full time. Also start off hourly then once we have a good working relationship established move to salary. Would need to work primarily during business hours in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone.
