Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, PH Time Zone)

We're looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant to help with administrative tasks, video project coordination, and client communication. You'll be required to log into a U.S.-based computer remotely to process footage while also working on admin tasks from your own computer.

About Us:
Primetyme Views is a Charleston-based video and photo production company specializing in business content, documentary storytelling, events, and commercials. We work with nonprofits, marketing companies, and event organizers to create compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
• File Management & Processing – Organize and process footage.
• Video Project Setup – Prepare projects for editors.
• CRM Management – Input and update data.
• Job Board Monitoring & Applications – Apply to potential projects (earn commission on closed leads).
• Work Order & Email Coordination – Create work orders and communicate with clients.
• Owner Assistance – Provide general administrative support.
• Basic Video Editing – No experience required; training provided.
• Client Correspondence – Manage emails and inquiries on behalf of the owner.
• Additional duties as needed based on performance and progression.

Requirements:
• Reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work full-time in the PH time zone.
• Access to a personal computer for admin tasks.
• Ability to remotely log into a U.S.-based computer for processing footage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Pay is $4.50/hr via PayPal + commission on closed leads (90-day review)
Time tracking would be conducted via Hubstaff
