We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about sales, video production and can work independently.

Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and guiding potential clients through the video production process. Your goal will be to help companies and individuals discover how our video production services can bring their ideas to life and generate a positive investment. No training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and research.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Understand clients' needs and present tailored video production solutions to match their goals.
Conduct consultations and meetings to provide clients with project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and marketing) to ensure client requirements are met.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, video production techniques, and the competitive landscape.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities in CRM software.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Manager, or similar sales role (preferably in the creative, video production, or media industry).
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
A passion for video production, media, and creative services.
Ability to understand technical aspects of video production and effectively communicate these to clients.
Results-driven and motivated by sales targets and commissions.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of video production processes, equipment, and software.
Experience with digital marketing and content creation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
