Who We’re Looking For:
? Creative & Business-Savvy – You know how to turn business insights into viral, high-retention content.
? Script & Idea Generation – You don’t just wait for ideas; you research, brainstorm, and create content that keeps people hooked.
? High-Level Editing Skills – You can create engaging, fast-paced videos with captions, effects, and seamless cuts.
? Hook-Driven Storytelling – You understand how to grab attention in the first 3 seconds and keep viewers engaged.
? Trend Awareness – You know what’s working on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts and can replicate high-performing styles.
? Data-Driven – You analyze content performance and optimize for more engagement and conversions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Researching and creating highly engaging short-form content ideas for business & marketing.
Editing high-quality, fast-paced business-focused videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Adding captivating captions, sound effects, motion graphics, and jump cuts to maximize engagement.
Replicating the Alex Hormozi, Tai Lopez, and Iman Gadzhi editing style.
Experimenting with different storytelling structures, trends, and visual effects.
Monitoring content performance and refining strategies based on results.

Must-Have Skills:

???? Can research and suggest viral topics in business, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
