Downloading videos, Editing with AFX, transcribe an outline per video, then upload into youtube channel

I need a savvy individual to download 700 video files from my facebook and other youtube account, wistia accounts mode and convert them into mp4s, and also do an outline of each video. You just need to login to my facebook account, download the files, do a listing, indicate, date of video, title, etc and then using a player, convert them into mp4s. (if you can do some simple editing of the videos to make it more streamlined its fine) Save them and upload them to a youTube account (a specific and designated) in public mode with the outlines and also categorizing them with their headlines. This is easy work but time consuming to download videos.

Also design a thumbnail for each video.

The expected working hours is between 20 - 40 hours a week and if all goes well, it can be an on going project as we make videos weekly.
