Now Hiring: Grooming Scheduler

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great with customer service? We’re looking for a Grooming Scheduler to manage appointments and engage with our clients across multiple platforms!

What You’ll Do:
? Schedule and confirm grooming appointments
? Respond promptly and professionally to social media messages, comments, and texts
? Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
? Ensure smooth communication between clients and our grooming team

What We’re Looking For:
?? Fluent in perfect English (spoken and written)
?? Strong communication and customer service skills
?? Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
?? Social media savvy – able to engage with clients online
?? Previous experience in scheduling, retail, or pet services is a plus!
