We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to proactively engage leads, close new bookings, and contribute to our company’s growth.

Position Overview
As an Outbound Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be reaching out to potential customers, including past clients, website inquiries, and cold leads, to secure new cleaning appointments. This role requires strong sales skills, persistence, and the ability to build relationships over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
? Cold & Warm Calling – Contact potential customers from lead lists, previous inquiries, and past clients to sell cleaning services.
? Lead Follow-Ups – Consistently follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet booked a service.
? Sales Pipeline Management – Track and update lead interactions in our CRM system (Go High Level) to ensure no opportunity is missed.
? Objection Handling – Address customer concerns, answer questions, and confidently convert hesitant leads into bookings.
? Upselling & Cross-Selling – Offer additional services and promotions to maximize booking value.
? Reactivation Calls – Reach out to past customers to encourage repeat business.
? Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

What We’re Looking For
???? Sales Experience: 1-3 years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling experience (preferably in a service-based industry).
???? Confident & Persuasive Communicator: Strong verbal skills with the ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone.
???? Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work independently and stay motivated to hit sales targets.
???? Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM tools like Go High Level, Booking Koala, or similar platforms.
???? Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple leads, schedule follow-ups, and track progress efficiently.
???? Resilient & Persistent: Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and overcoming objections.
???? Bilingual (Preferred): English/Spanish speakers are highly desired.
