Create Wordpress site from PSD. Convert PSD into Wordpress Site.

I have a Christian Wellness Site which sells wellness info products to churches and Christian organizations). I need an excellent php programmer and designer to convert a psd design into wordpress site. Site will have 14 pages total. I also have a psd pricing table file I would like to use on the site. Should be cross browser compatible (Mozilla, IE, Google Chrome). Site should be SEO Optimized

I will need the following pages

-Home page (psd file already created)
-Blog (images beside each post, email signup form on blog page)
-Contact Us
-Missions
-What We Offer
-Our Beliefs
-Success Stories Page (set up as a blog page with images beside each entry)
-Submit Your Story page (page for people to complete a sign up form and attach a picture)
-Recipes (inner page, formatted like a blog page)
-Workouts (inner page, formatted like a blog page)
-Pricing (psd file pricing table)
-Brochure Promo page (will be a popup page that opens in a different window)
-Terms Page
-Site Disclaimer Page

JOB will Pay 15000 PH when all work is completed.

Need work completed within 3 weeks. Pay will decrease 1000 PH for each week that the project is late.
