About Us:
MACE Creative is a dynamic marketing and creative agency founded by Macy. We help brands establish compelling online presences through strategic content creation and management across multiple platforms.

The Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant/Social Media Manager to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. This position requires approximately 10 hours per month and will directly support our client projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write engaging captions for social media posts across various platforms
- Schedule content for optimal engagement using social media management tools
- Edit reels and videos to align with client branding and campaign objectives
- Reformat content for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to client account management

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong writing skills with the ability to capture brand voice
- Proficiency in video editing software and content scheduling tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
