INTRIGUE RENTALS ! We are a rapidly growing property management company specializing in short-term rentals across the United States. Our mission is to provide seamless hospitality experiences while maximizing property performance.

We are looking for a full-time Virtual Assistant (VA) to support daily operations. This role requires a proactive, solutions-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 24/7 guest communication is essential, so you must have a team in place to handle inquiries at all times.

Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for guest communication, property operations, owner relations, pricing strategies, and listing optimization. You will work closely with property owners, guests, and service partners to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communication & Customer Service (Immediate Response Required)
Provide 24/7 guest communication to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Maintain a team capable of handling round-the-clock messages and calls.
Professionally manage guest concerns, offering quick and effective solutions.
Offer concierge services and ensure all property guidebooks are updated.
Owner Relations & Reservations Management
Communicate with property owners regarding reservations, updates, and any concerns.
Manage owner reservations, ensuring smooth scheduling for check-ins, check-outs, and cleaning.
Property Management & Operational Coordination
Work closely with the on-the-ground operations team to coordinate property inspections, cleaning schedules, and check-in procedures.
Create and optimize property listings across various platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Marriott, Stay app, etc.) using SEO strategies to maximize visibility.
Utilize property management tools such as Breezeway/Turno for cleaning coordination and PriceLabs/Wheelhouse for pricing optimization (mandatory experience required).
Develop and adjust pricing strategies based on market trends, seasonality, and competitor analysis.
Track and verify payments through Stripe, handling security deposits, refunds, and damage claims.
Assist with month-end accounting tasks, guest resolutions, and financial reconciliation.
Contribute to a quarterly owner newsletter covering market insights and property performance updates.
Off-Season Support & Additional Responsibilities
Assist with onboarding new properties and preparing them for rental.
Build and optimize new listings with professional descriptions and properly sequenced photos.
Provide insights on digital marketing strategies, SEO, and website updates (e.g., Showit, Shopify, Canva, WordPress).
Manage tasks related to online store operations if applicable.
Engage in ongoing training to improve efficiency and processes.
Requirements:
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving mindset.
Strong experience in pricing strategy and market analysis using tools like PriceLabs (mandatory).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite applications.
Experience with Slack, ---------- , and email communication platforms.
Familiarity with property management software and major short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Marriott, Stay app).
Fluent in English (spoken and written), with the ability to handle phone calls professionally.
Ability to respond immediately to guest messages and coordinate a team for 24/7 coverage.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple properties, guest interactions, and owner communication.
Basic knowledge of website and digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Google Drive).
Willingness to take on additional responsibilities during the off-season.
Daily Responsibilities:
Manage guest communication and respond to messages, emails, and phone calls promptly.
Coordinate property check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
Review and optimize property details to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations.
Ensure proper collection of fees, including pet fees where applicable.
Oversee month-end financial reconciliation for guest resolutions and owner payouts.
Support ongoing process improvements, communication workflows, and listing performance enhancements.
