Visual UI Designer – Recruitment Scope of Work

Role Overview:

Fitch Technologies, a Dubai-based web design and adtech agency, is looking for a talented Visual UI Designer to join our team. This role involves creating original UI designs for social media, website, and mobile app projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, expertise in UI/UX tools, and experience crafting engaging digital content, including videos, posters, and animated designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Design:
Create high-quality visuals, posters, and animations for social media campaigns.
Develop engaging and interactive content for various digital platforms.

Website & Mobile App Prototyping:
Design UI prototypes and wireframes for client website and mobile app projects.
Ensure consistency in branding and user-friendly design principles.

Creative Content Development:
Work on animated content, infographics, and video-based designs.
Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

Tool & Software Proficiency:
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other UI/UX design tools.
Experience with motion graphics and interactive design is a plus.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Visual UI Designer with an impressive portfolio showcasing design style.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and modern design trends.
Ability to create original, high-quality visuals across multiple formats.
Experience working in an agency or startup environment is a plus.
