Real Estate Cold Caller [Backup Role]

Job Overview:

We are looking for backup candidates for a Real Estate Cold Caller. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate market, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our real estate agents. The position involves 6 hours of calling per day, Monday through Friday. If successful during the trial period, the role will transition to a permanent position with an increased pay rate of $4 USD per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct 6 hours of outbound cold calling daily to potential real estate clients (homeowners, buyers, investors, etc.).
- Qualify leads based on key criteria and gather relevant information about their needs and interest in real estate opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for agents with qualified leads.
- Maintain detailed notes on calls, interactions, and leads in our CRM system.
- Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly goals for lead generation and appointments scheduled.
- Handle objections effectively and maintain professionalism in all conversations.
- Follow up with warm leads and ensure proper engagement with potential clients.
- Report on daily activities, progress, and lead status to the team.

$4.00 per hour after successful completion of the trial period.
