We are looking for a talented Email Copywriter & Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in crafting persuasive email copy, designing visually appealing emails, and implementing effective email marketing strategies. You must have hands-on experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Mailchimp to create high-converting campaigns.

Responsibilities:
?Write compelling, conversion-focused email copy aligned with brand messaging.
?Design engaging email templates optimized for desktop and mobile.
?Set up automated email sequences (drip campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails).
?Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
?Ensure email compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices for deliverability.
?Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and design.

Requirements:
?Proven experience in email copywriting and design.
?Proficiency in Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Mailchimp (Must be able to execute campaigns across platforms).
?Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
?Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for conversions.
