We’re looking for a Link Building Specialist who’s sharp, resourceful, and serious about quality over quantity. If you enjoy the process of digging deep, writing emails that actually get responses, and tracking every moving piece, this might be your thing.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
Researching and sourcing high-quality link opportunities using Pitchbox, Ahrefs, Scrapebox, Slack and other tools
Evaluating websites for relevance, authority, and overall fit (we avoid link farms like the plague)
Finding and verifying accurate contact information—no guesswork, no shortcuts
Writing personalized outreach emails that sound human and get replies
Managing and tracking campaigns inside Pitchbox
Identifying where and how to insert links naturally into relevant content
Keeping clear records of links earned, follow-ups, and communication history
Collaborating with our team via Slack, Asana, and Google Meet
Using Asana + Everhour to stay on top of tasks and deadlines

What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in link building and email outreach
Comfort with Pitchbox (or eager to get up to speed quickly)
Strong research skills (you know how to dig until you find the right contact)
Ability to assess websites quickly and accurately
Excellent written English (your emails are clear, friendly, and effective)
Strong attention to detail (your work is clean and thorough)
Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail
Self-motivated and reliable (you don’t need micromanaging)
Open to feedback and always improving your approach

Compensation & Perks:
$7.00/hour USD
Fully remote
