Organic Outreach VA – High Commission + Long-Term Opportunity

Looking for a FAST, results-driven VA to help us rapidly expand our organic reach and bring in warm, qualified leads for our women’s online transformation program.

Who We Are:
We run a highly successful women’s fitness coaching business and are now scaling up our organic outreach. We already have a proven system in place—now we need YOU to help us execute it at a high level.

Who We’re Looking For:
Experienced in organic lead generation (Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) ( Personal accounts )
Knows how to find, engage & convert warm leads into applications
Can work FAST & efficiently – we expect 5-10 qualified leads per week
Proactive & resourceful – NO time-wasters or slow workers
Can provide proof of past work & results

Pay Structure (Prove Yourself & Grow with Us!)

1-Week Paid Trial (Low Base Salary) to prove results
25% Commission Per Sale (£149/month program = £37.25 per sale)
Long-term opportunity with salary increase if you perform well

What You’ll Be Doing:

Organic Outreach – Find & engage potential clients on Reddit, Facebook Groups, TikTok, Instagram (using your own profiles)
Send leads to our landing page & ensure they apply via WhatsApp
Track & report progress (must show proof of work)
Refine & improve outreach strategies over time
