Customer Support Representative – Travel eSIM

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist our customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and purchases related to our eSIM services. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, customer-focused, and able to communicate effectively across multiple channels, including chat, email, and phone.

Responsibilities
• Provide friendly and efficient support to customers regarding eSIM activation, troubleshooting, and purchases.
• Assist customers via live chat, email, and phone with inquiries related to pricing, coverage, and usage.
• Guide customers through the installation and activation process of eSIMs on their devices.
• Handle billing and payment-related queries, refunds, and disputes.
• Work closely with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements
• 1+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in telecom, travel, or tech.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with eSIM technology, mobile networks, or telecom services is a big advantage.
• Experience using helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment with flexible shifts.
