JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Inbox Management Specialist
Location: Remote (Fulltime, night shift)
Salary: $1000-$1200 monthly

Key Responsibilities:

Inbox Categorization and Tracking
- Review and manually categorize email replies that are missed by the automated system (Instinctly).
- Maintain CRM hygiene by ensuring all inbox-related information is accurately logged and up to date.
- Track and follow up on inbox orders, statuses, and any issues with vendors as needed.

Inbox Setup and Configuration
- Set up newly purchased inboxes, including profile picture uploads and email warm-up configurations.
- Check DNS setups and ensure proper integration of inboxes into our email platform (Instinctly).
- Create tags, configure settings, and ensure all inboxes are fully functional and optimized for email campaigns.

Vendor Communication and Management
- Serve as the point of contact for inbox vendors to address any issues (settings, cancellations, purchases, etc.).
- Communicate any concerns or needs regarding inbox setup, performance, or health scores.

Domain Management and Purchases
- Create order forms for purchasing additional inboxes when needed.
- Set up inboxes whenever necessary, checking proper configuration for all inboxes.

Inbox Health Monitoring and Optimization
- Monitor inbox health scores on a weekly basis, identifying and addressing any inboxes with low performance or health issues.
- Collaborate with the inbox team to resolve any issues that may impact inbox performance.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or operations support, preferably in email marketing or lead generation environment.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot email-related issues.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and tea ---------- mbers.
- Familiarity with tools such as Instantly, Airtable, Porkbun, and Notion is a plus.
- Basic understanding of email infrastructure (DNS, inbox warm-up, etc.) is preferred, but not required.

Requirements:
- Stable internet connection (with backup in case of power outage)
- Computer (at least 8gb RAM)
