Professional Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager & Klaviyo Email Creator

We are a premium supplier of high-quality hand tools, parts, and accessories for piano technology, serving a global community of piano professionals and enthusiasts. We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer / Social Media Manager / Klaviyo Email Creator to elevate our brand and engage our audience.

This is a creative role where you’ll design stunning visuals, manage our social media presence, and craft effective email campaigns. If you’re passionate about design and digital marketing, we’d love to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design: Create visually stunning graphics for social media, email campaigns, website assets, and promotional materials that reflect our premium piano technology brand.
• Social Media Management: Plan, design, and post engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) to grow our audience and showcase our products.
• Klaviyo Email Creation: Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including newsletters, promotions, and customer updates.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure all designs and communications align with our brand identity.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in graphic design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, email designs, or marketing materials.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
• Proficiency with Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platforms) for designing and sending campaigns.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple creative projects.
• Passion for music or experience in the musical instrument industry is a bonus but not required.
