We are The Foozie™ – a rapidly growing Australian-based ecommerce brand selling premium slipper socks in the US, CA, UK, EU, AU & NZ. We’re seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Shopify Ecommerce Manager who excels in Social Media Video Editing & Content Creation, as well as Email & SMS marketing campaign management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Social Media Video Editing & Content Creation: Expertly create engaging short-form videos (TikTok & Reels), proactively managing our content calendar and influencer partnerships.
- Email & SMS Marketing Management: Independently plan, create, optimize, and automate high-converting email and SMS campaigns (experience with Klaviyo strongly preferred).
- Paid Social Media Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads for strong ROI.
- On-site Marketing: Execute seasonal campaigns, and optimize product descriptions and visuals.
- Customer Service & Order Management: Assist with special customer inquiries, manage refunds, returns, and order issues (when required) using Zendesk.
- Administration: Provide clear daily reports and performance updates.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven expertise in social media video editing and content creation, especially TikTok (REQUIRED)
- Strong experience managing and optimizing Email & SMS marketing campaigns (Klaviyo experience strongly preferred) (REQUIRED)
- Previous experience independently planning and executing marketing campaigns (Preferred)
- Proven experience managing a Shopify store efficiently and autonomously (Preferred)
- Experience managing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva (REQUIRED)
- Customer service experience, particularly using Zendesk (Preferred)
- Excellent English writing skills for creating compelling content (REQUIRED)
