Virtual Assistant for Instagram DM Outreach

Hey! We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to help us reach potential clients through Instagram direct messages (DMs). Your main task will be to send pre-written messages, engage with leads, and generate interest in our services.

Responsibilities:

- Manually send pre-written messages to potential clients on Instagram
- Engage in quick, professional, and friendly conversations in the DMs
- Track responses and forward qualified leads to our sales team
Maintain a record of daily outreach and performance

Requirements:

- Experience with Instagram (familiar with DMs, likes, and comments)
- Reliability and attention to detail – no copy-paste mistakes
- Basic German skills are a plus but not required + good English skills to communicate with us (messages are copy-paste)
- Self-discipline and the ability to work independently
- Fast typing speed and multitasking abilities
