Logo design - Minimalist and Modern

We need someone to design 2 logos for the same company, 1. A minimalist black and white logo and 2. A simple colored modern logo and if my team likes it we will consider you for future projects(and there a lots of them).

The logo is for a new company selling tools such as plastering trowels and bucket trowels.

The design should be simple, elegant and professional.
The work should be delivered high resolution jpeg and editable AI file.
