Remote B2B Cold Caller – Construction Lead Outreach (Long-Term Role)
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable cold caller to help us connect subcontractors (flooring, electrical, etc.) with general contractors, property managers, home builders, and real estate professionals. Your role is to open doors, start conversations, and hand off interested leads — no hard closing required.

Make outbound cold calls to general contractors, builders, and real estate professionals.

Set follow-up calls or offer to send bids, depending on lead response.

Send manual texts when needed (scripts provided).

Tag and track lead responses accurately inside our CRM.

? What We’re Looking For
Fluent English speaker — clear, confident, and easy to understand.

Cold calling experience — especially in B2B or sales assistant roles.

Excellent communication and note-taking skills

Highly reliable — we value callers who show up, follow instructions, and don’t disappear.

Self-managed — you’ll be trusted with live lead flow. We need people who take ownership.
