JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly organized and self-directed Operations, Inventory, and PPC Manager to keep our Amazon and ecommerce operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for detail-oriented problem-solvers who can manage inventory, workflows, and ad performance without micromanagement.

What You’ll Be Doing
-Inventory Management & Forecasting – Track stock levels, plan reorders, and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
-Amazon Operations & Process Optimization – Maintain listing health, monitor account performance, and improve internal workflows.
-PPC Performance Tracking & Reporting – Analyze ad spend, ACoS, and keyword performance to flag inefficiencies and opportunities.
-Systems & Task Management in ClickUp – Build and maintain structured workflows, automate inventory tracking, and improve task execution.

What We’re Looking For
-Expert in Inventory & Supply Chain Management – You understand demand forecasting, restocking schedules, and supplier coordination.
-Strong Operational Thinker – You can set up and optimize workflows for Amazon FBA operations and ecommerce fulfillment.
-Expert PPC Knowledge – You can track key advertising metrics, analyze campaign reports, and flag issues for deeper optimization.
-ClickUp & Project Management Experience – You are fluent in setting up structured systems, dashboards, and automation to improve efficiency.
-Self-Directed & Reliable – You take ownership of projects, follow through on details, and ensure smooth operations without constant oversight.
