E-Commerce & Outreach Virtual Assistant for Fashion Brand

About Nubian Hueman:
Nubian Hueman is a curator of culture and creativity, specializing in fashion, art, and lifestyle products by artists worldwide. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our e-commerce operations and artist/vendor outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an online business environment, enjoys communicating with creative entrepreneurs, and is detail-oriented in managing product listings and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT:
- Maintain and update product listings on Shopify, including descriptions, images, and inventory.
- Optimize product pages for SEO and user experience.
- Process online orders, refunds, and customer inquiries related to e-commerce.
- Assist in managing promotions, discount codes, and limited-time offers.
- Monitor website functionality and report technical issues.

ARTIST & VENDOR OUTREACH :
- Research and reach out to artists, designers, and brands for potential collaborations.
- Collect product information, images, and necessary agreements from vendors.
- Maintain an organized database of contacts, partnerships, and ongoing conversations.
- Follow up with vendors for new product launches, restocks, and marketing opportunities.
- Assist with onboarding new brands and artisans into the Nubian Hueman marketplace.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
- Maintain email correspondence with vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Track outreach efforts and report on progress.
- Assist with data entry and organization of digital files.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in outreach, sales support, or vendor relations is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with online retail, artisan markets, or small business operations.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Canva, Klaviyo, and Google Workspace is a bonus.

Work Schedule & Compensation:
- Flexible hours, with some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time.
