Cold Calling & Telemarketing Sales Associate

The KeyNest network is made of thousands of local shops worldwide, where Airbnb hosts and property managers can securely store their keys so that their new tenants/guests/cleaners/contractors can pick them up whenever is convenient.

The role
We are looking for an individual who will help our expansion team by doing the following;
Cold call prospects using a given phone directory to sell products
Answering questions about product specifications and pricing
Maintaining a list of potential leads and following up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
Assisting sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our product offering to customers
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and ensuring deadlines are met

Who we are looking for
Fluent English, knowledge of other languages a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication
Thorough attention to detail and outgoing personality
Comfortable on phone calls and emails
Strong organisational skills
Pro-active, self-motivated, and work well in a team environment style
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Available to work the Philippines evening/night shift and overall with a flexible schedule.
