Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant with expertise in Shopify dropshipping to build, launch, and manage our AI-powered skincare brand. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Shopify store creation, product research, SEO, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
? Shopify Store Setup & Customization
Create and set up a Shopify store (including domain, branding, and design).
Customize Shopify theme (Dawn or premium theme like Impulse).
Install and configure essential Shopify apps (Vitals, Loox, Klaviyo, DSers/Zendrop).
Optimize product pages for SEO and conversions.
? Product & Supplier Management
Source high-quality acne skincare products from Zendrop, CJ Dropshipping, or AliExpress.
Write compelling product descriptions using persuasive copywriting.
Set up AI-powered skincare quiz for personalized recommendations.
? Marketing & Growth
Set up and manage Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Ads.
Execute influencer marketing campaigns for product promotions.
Manage email marketing (Klaviyo) for abandoned cart recovery and product promotions.
Optimize SEO with blog content (AI-generated skincare articles).
? Order Processing & Customer Support
Handle daily order fulfillment via DSers/Zendrop.
Provide customer support via email and chat.
Monitor analytics and optimize store performance.
Requirements:
? Proven experience in Shopify store creation & dropshipping.

? Knowledge of Shopify apps (Vitals, Loox, Klaviyo, DSers/Zendrop).

? Experience in Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and influencer marketing.

? Strong copywriting & SEO skills for product descriptions and blog content.

? Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.

? Experience with customer service & order processing.

? Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools in e-commerce.
