Job Title: Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist (Thailand & Vietnam Focus)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Purchasing & Sourcing Specialist to manage product sourcing and purchasing for our Amazon business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing from Thailand and Vietnam, working with reliable manufacturers, and identifying top-selling items on Amazon.

Responsibilities:
Source and negotiate with Thai and Vietnamese manufacturers to secure high-quality products at the best prices.
Research Amazon marketplace trends to identify potential best-selling products.
Analyze product demand, competition, and profitability to recommend new items for sourcing.
Oversee supplier performance, ensuring timely production and delivery.
Conduct quality control inspections and product sampling.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier agreements, and pricing.
Qualifications:
? Proven experience in product sourcing and purchasing from Thailand and Vietnam (not China).
? Strong supplier network in these regions.
? Knowledge of import/export regulations for shipments from Thailand & Vietnam.
? Familiarity with Amazon marketplace trends and tools (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or similar).
? Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
? Ability to research and analyze market trends to identify high-demand products.
? Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
? Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
