Part-Time Virtual Assistant for UGC Creator

I’m looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help manage my User-Generated Content (UGC) business. This role is for 10 hours per week ($200/month) with potential to increase hours as my business grows.

???? Tasks & Responsibilities:
? Brand Outreach & Management
• Researching potential brands for collaboration
• Sending and following up on pitch emails
• Organizing brand deal information, invoices, and deadlines
• Tracking responses and negotiating rates

? Social Media & Content Support
• Scheduling posts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Engaging with comments & DMs
• Repurposing content (light video editing, adding captions)
• Tracking UGC trends & researching content ideas

? Administrative Tasks
• Managing emails and responding to inquiries
• Keeping spreadsheets organized for brand deals
• File organization (scripts, content, contracts)

???? Requirements:
???? Experience with social media management or content marketing
???? Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer
???? Strong written skills (for brand outreach emails)
???? Creative mindset & ability to research trends
???? Detail-oriented & organized

???? Rate & Hours:
???? Pay: $5/hour
???? Hours: 10 hours per week (flexible, may increase with time)
???? Location: Remote, open to all
