Our process starts with long-form YouTube videos, which need to be cut into short-form content and repurposed for multiple platforms. We also publish blog posts based on video transcripts from Rev.com and need a detail-oriented VA to proofread and refine them.

Who You Are

You have strong video editing skills and understand how to extract engaging moments from long-form videos to create viral short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts). You're also detail-oriented and comfortable proofreading AI-generated transcripts to ensure high-quality blog content.

Responsibilities:

? Video Editing & Content Repurposing

Watch long-form YouTube videos and extract the best moments.
Edit short-form clips for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts (using CapCut, Descript, or similar).
Add captions, jump cuts, and engaging elements to make content stand out.

? Proofreading & Blog Formatting

Receive Rev.com transcripts and proofread them for clarity & readability.
Format content into clean, engaging blog posts for the website.
Ensure proper spelling, grammar, and structure while keeping content natural and engaging.

? Social Media Scheduling & Posting

Upload and schedule posts across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn (using Publer or similar tools).
Optimize captions with relevant hashtags and keywords for visibility.
Requirements:

???? Strong Video Editing Skills (CapCut, Descript, Canva, or similar).
?? Proofreading & Editing Experience (Strong English & grammar skills).
???? Familiarity with Short-Form Video Trends (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
???? Experience with Social Media Scheduling (Publer, Metricool, etc.).
???? Attention to Detail & Strong Organizational Skills.
Compensation & Perks:
