Web & Ad Designer (10+ Years Experience Preferred)

We’re looking for a creative, design-oriented professional to collaborate with us on social ads, landing pages (via Unbounce), and website redesigns for our clients. This role will start on a project basis, but we’re seeking someone who can grow into our go-to expert for larger, ongoing projects.

What You’ll Do:
• Design & Develop compelling social media ads that drive engagement.
• Create & Test high-converting landing pages in Unbounce, optimizing for performance.
• Redesign Websites for select clients, ensuring brand consistency across all digital assets.
• Ensure Cohesion across ads, landing pages, and website experiences.

What We’re Looking For:
• 10+ years of experience in web design, digital marketing, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Unbounce, with a strong understanding of conversion-focused design.
• Creativity & Attention to Detail- someone who knows how to make brands stand out.
• Proven Experience designing for ads, landing pages, and websites (please include case studies).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with our team for strategy alignment.
