Your Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day customer support through our email platform.
- Maintain an organized system for follow-ups and reports.
- Maintain timely and detailed communications with all customers.
- Make customers feel special and heard in our relationship.
- Go above and beyond to ensure exceptional relationships with customers.
- Fluent English via written communication is non-negotiable.
