We are an online-pure-player operating multiple e-commerce shops and are looking for support in customer service to accompany our continuous growth.

Your Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries via email
• Collaborating with different departments and management
• Communicating with customers and suppliers
• Managing and updating product data
• Depending on your interests and skills, supporting in other areas like marketing, product & content management or IT

What We’re Looking For:
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in writing and communicating with customers
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken German, with good English skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Planner, etc.)
• Ideally, some experience with CRM, ERP, or HelpDesk systems
• Open to new technologies, especially AI-supported applications
