- Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics and optimize content accordingly.

3. Content Creation & Strategy:
- Create and curate engaging video content that resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with content creator to brainstorm and develop innovative video ideas and formats.

4. Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports on video performance, audience engagement, and growth trends.

5. Collaboration & Innovation:
- Work closely with video editors and graphic designers to ensure high-quality content production.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and YouTube to implement new strategies that enhance channel performance.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, specifically with YouTube channel management.
- Strong understanding of YouTube's algorithm, SEO best practices, and organic growth strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset for content development.
- Familiarity with video editing tools and the ability to provide constructive feedback on video content.
